Did you know….

It’s a requirement that our staff have criminal background checks, sexual predator checks, exclusion list check.  Both defensive driving,  PASS courses for handicapped clients are taken every 2 years.  A DMV report for safe driving is done annually.  And all staff is required to be CPR and First Aid certified.

Our vehicles are meticulously maintained and cleaned daily.  We care about our business, our staff, and value our customers.

Cancellation Policy

• All pre-booked, prepaid rides have a cancelation policy up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled ride.
• If the ride is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, there are NO REFUNDS available as the schedule has been booked and the slot was taken.
• If the cancelation is due to an airline issue we will do our best to accommodate a reschedule of that ride within 2 weeks.
